Founded by Brandon Tyler and Damon Williams—corporate professionals and creatives with a passion for music, film, and culture—What The Hell? Music & Film Festival began with the premiere of the “What The Hell?! “ short film in Newark, NJ. This event, which showcased music videos and short films from the creative community across New Jersey and the Tri-State area, inspired its expansion into a full-fledged festival.
